Terms of Service

These terms cover use of ngajunk.com and the junk removal services provided by N. GA Junk LLC.

Estimates and pricing

Any price quoted by phone, text, email, or through this website before we see the job is an estimate, not a binding quote. The binding price is the written on-site estimate given by the crew before work begins, which you approve before anything is loaded. If you decline it, there is no charge.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are our best estimate. Traffic, weather, and the job before yours can move them, and we will contact you if that happens. Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment — the job is scheduled when we confirm it with you.

What we will not remove

We cannot accept hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead paint waste, paints and solvents, fuels and oils, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition, explosives, and pressurized tanks. Crews may decline any item they judge unsafe or unlawful to handle.

Your property

Please confirm that everything set out for removal is yours to dispose of, and remove anything you want to keep before we arrive. Once an item is loaded we cannot retrieve it. We are not responsible for items that are removed at your direction.

Access and site conditions

You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the items, including any gate codes, parking arrangements, or building approvals. Where access is unsafe, we may reschedule or decline the job.

Damage

We carry general liability insurance and we take reasonable care, including floor protection. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of the job so we can address it.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed to terms in writing for a commercial account.
