This policy explains what N. GA Junk LLC collects through ngajunk.com, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to schedule your job, and we do not sell it.

When you submit the booking or estimate form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address, and job details you type in. Our web server also records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) as part of normal operation and security monitoring.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request and schedule the work.
• To provide the service, invoice it, and follow up about it.
• To keep records required for our insurance and for tax purposes.
• To detect and block abuse of the website.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the site and the business work: our email provider, our text-message provider for job notifications, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your job — confirming a window, letting you know the truck is on the way, or following up. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we later add analytics, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

Retention

We keep job records as long as needed for business, insurance, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
