Common Questions

Price is based on how much room your stuff takes up in the truck, not on weight or on how long it takes us. A single mattress is a minimum-charge job; a full garage might be a half or three-quarter load. You get the exact number in writing on site before anything moves, and you can walk away at that point at no cost.

Upfront Pricing

You get a firm price before anything is lifted, and you pay for the space your load actually takes in the truck. If it fills less than we estimated, you pay less. No fuel surcharge, no dump fee tacked on at the end.

Insured, Uniformed Crews

Background-checked employees, not day labor. Fully insured, in uniform, with a two-hour arrival window and a text when we are on the way. We put down floor protection and sweep the space before we leave.

Donate & Recycle First

Every load gets sorted. Usable furniture, appliances, and household goods go to North Georgia charities and reuse programs. Metal, cardboard, and electronics go to recyclers. The landfill is the last stop, not the first.
